Currently, I serve as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Everything Elisabeth, where I oversee the organization’s financial operations, administrative processes, and strategic planning initiatives. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing strategies that support the company’s growth and long-term success.
Prior to this, I served as the Assistant Director at the City of Dallas, where I led the Communications, Outreach, and Marketing department. In this role, I directed the department leading the strategic initiatives designed to engage and communicate with multicultural communities, ensuring that our messaging was inclusive, impactful, and aligned with the city’s values and goals. I spearheaded efforts to enhance brand awareness, improve public outreach, and increase citizen engagement, helping to strengthen the city’s connection with its diverse population. My experience in this role included overseeing large-scale campaigns, managing complex projects, and driving the city’s communication strategy forward in a way that was both innovative and results-oriented.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong skill set in media relations, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and policy advocacy. I have successfully managed high-profile media campaigns, guided organizations through periods of crisis, and worked collaboratively with key stakeholders to advocate for policies that benefit both the organization and the communities it serves.
